Replace the coconut pad with one of our replacement pads if your dog has left runny stool that is difficult to clean up.
Ensure soft stools are fully dried before gently picking them up from the mat.

Lead your dog to the PetPotty so they become familiar with its unique scent and use. Reward your dog for correctly using the PetPotty with treats or whatever positive reinforcement tools you have access to. Repeat as needed.

Before you begin, it's important to review each step carefully:

1) Find a flat surface near a compost bin

2) Clean up any loose or solid stool before proceeding

3) Open the side flaps of the PetPotty carefully (they're tucked in, not glued)

4) Slide the tray out from your preferred side, being cautious not to get any stool on the cardboard

5) Once the tray is fully out, gently replace the CocoFlex™ pad with a new CocoFlex™ Reload

6) Slide the tray back into the cardboard sleeve

7) Tuck the flaps back in to seal in odors effectively
