If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it within 60 days of purchase. For more information, please refer to our detailed Return Policy below. Your pet's satisfaction is our guarantee

If you are not happy with any of our products, no worries. We accept non-final sale items within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Returns are a breeze. Shipping for returns is a flat fee of CA$15

We can only accept returns for products purchased on PetPatio.com. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and not damaged. Returned products are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of use, missing parts or damage. Proof of payment must accompany the return

To start a return, email us here care@petpatio.com provide your full name, order number and reason for refund

When we receive and process your package at our warehouse, we’ll refund you within 3-10 business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle 

*Note: All refunds will go back onto their original method of payment. Keep any pre-paid visa cards for at least 60 days from your date of purchase
