Changed your mind? No worries, we’ve got you covered. We’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find a range of self-service options to help you with any return questions you may have.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we offer a hassle-free return process. Non-final sale items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that we only accept returns for products purchased on PetPatio.com.
Returned products must be in their original, unused packaging and free from any damage. All returns will be inspected, and we reserve the right to decline returns for items that show signs of use, missing parts, or damage. A valid proof of payment must accompany the return.
The Fine Print:
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to PetPatio's discretion, including determining whether the item is unused and eligible for return. Our goal is to provide the best experience for our customers. We may decline returns if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the return policy is being abused (e.g., excessive or unreasonable returns).
If we choose to issue a refund beyond the 30-day period or without proof of purchase, the refund will be issued as a PetPatio gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws. In some cases, we may request additional information, including personal details, for verification purposes.
To initiate a return, please email us at care@petpatio.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return.
When we receive and process your package at our warehouse, we’ll refund you within 3-10 business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle
